Internal Audits

To contribute to strengthening governance, OSAKA FUJI Corporation has established an Audit Department and conducts annual internal audits of each workplace in the OFIC Group.
Specifically, the Audit Department strives to ensure sound corporate management by implementing thorough compliance, evaluating the processes of risk management and control, and providing advice and recommendations for improvement from a fair and independent standpoint or through supporting activities.

Internal Reporting System

OSAKA FUJI Corporation has established an internal reporting system (suggestion box) to promptly identify any wrongdoings, violations, or unethical behavior by individuals or organizations, in order to prevent potential crises. To ensure the system’s effectiveness and protect whistleblowers, the system is designed with anonymity protection and guarantees that whistleblowers are not subjected to unfair treatment in accordance with the Whistleblower Protection Act.
