Basic philosophy
OSAKA FUJI Corporation(the “Company” ) is aware of the importance of personal information and considers the protection of personal information to be a social responsibility and will observe laws, in-house regulations, and similar regarding personal information and appropriately acquire, maintain, and manage the personal information it handles.

Definition of personal information
Personal information refers to the following kinds of information that can be used to identify a specific individual:
- Names, addresses, date of birth, gender, occupation, phone numbers, e-mail addresses, etc.
- Information that cannot be used to identify a specific individual by itself but that is easily checked against other information and that can be used to identify a specific individual when checked against other such information.

Handling of personal information
The Company will observe the following with regard to the handling of personal information:
(1) Clarification of purpose of use
The Company will make clear the purposes for which personal information will be used and will use such information within the bounds of such purposes.
(2) Restriction of use for other purposes
Except with the agreement of the individual customer or where stipulated by the Act on the Protection of Personal Information or similar, The Company will not use personal information for purposes other than for which such information was acquired and will not provide personal data to a third party.
(3) Appropriate acquisition
The Company will acquire personal information by legal and fair means.
(4) Maintenance of accuracy
The Company will strive to ensure that personal data is kept accurate and up-to-date.
(5) Protection of safety
- The Company will appoint a manager responsible for each task that involves the handling of personal information.
- The Company will take safety management measures to prevent unauthorized access to personal information and the loss, destruction, falsification, and leakage of personal information.
- The Company will stipulate regulations and manuals regarding the handling of personal information and in addition to ensuring that all company and group personnel are made aware of and kept informed of such regulations and manuals and will provide instruction and supervision.
- When entrusting the processing, etc., of personal information to a third party, in addition to conducting the selection of such third parties appropriately, The Company will provide instruction and supervision to ensure that such third parties manage personal information appropriately in the same way as OFIC.
(6) Disclosure, amendment, deletion, etc.
In the event that a request is made for the disclosure, amendment, deletion, or similar of your personal data, The Company will respond as stipulated by the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and similar.
(7) Response to inquiries
The Company will respond appropriately and promptly to other customer inquiries related to personal information.
